Discover the joy of wool appliqué from the very first stitch to the final flourish. This beginner-friendly online class guides students step-by-step through the entire wool appliqué process, sharing practical techniques, helpful tips, and clever tricks at every stage.
Our featured project, Eldon, Erling & Emil, showcases three charming pumpkins connected by a rustic vine, brought to life with gorgeous Woolly Mammoth artisan-dyed wool. Students will learn how to prepare wool pieces, master essential stitches, work with specialty threads, and achieve beautiful texture and dimension—all while creating a warm, autumn-inspired design.
This class is ideal for anyone eager to learn a new handcraft or for stitchers who want to deepen their skills and pick up expert insights that make wool appliqué easier, cleaner, and more enjoyable. No prior experience is needed; just bring your curiosity and love of handmade art.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a completed project and the confidence to take on future wool appliqué creations with ease.

ABOUT THE TEACHING EXPERIENCE
All registered students will be welcomed into a private class Facebook group, where both sessions will be taught live. Can’t attend in real time? No worries—each session will remain available in the group for 30 days. After that, you’ll receive YouTube links to both class recordings so you can revisit the lessons anytime.
CLASS COMMUNITY
One of the best parts of learning together is the community that forms along the way. Students are encouraged to share progress photos, ask questions, and cheer each other on inside the Facebook group. Katie will also use the group to post updates and answer project-related questions. If you’re wondering about something, chances are someone else is, too—so ask away!
