Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is your responsibility to monitor parcel progress until item is delivered. Granny's Legacy is not responsible for the replacement or refund of lost or stolen parcels UNLESS you have chosen PRIORITY shipping at checkout, as this option is insured. First Class mail shipping does not include parcel insurance and Granny’s Legacy is not responsible for the refund or replacement of lost or stolen First Class parcels.
PARCELS STALLED IN TRANSIT:
Should you feel your shipped parcel is "stuck" in transit, please reach out to your LOCAL POST OFFICE for help. When provided with the tracking number, they are able to see deeper tracking information than you or I can.
LOST & STOLEN PARCELS:
Should you feel your parcel has been lost or stolen, please immediately contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE and request their help with locating the parcel. Should you contact us, we will direct you to your local Post Office as the Postal Service has the tools to help you quickly and more effectively resolve the issue. The sooner this is done, the quicker it may be found. If the Post Office has deemed your parcel truly lost or stolen and you purchased PRIORITY shipping at checkout, please reach out to us. We will then resend your parcel and begin the postal claim process for lost mail. If you opted for FIRST CLASS mail at checkout, Granny's Legacy is not liable to replace or refund the parcel as parcel insurance is not a part of this shipping option.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 30 days. Exceptions: Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged. Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned. Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
